1. The Services
AgentMoveHQ provides free informational tools for real estate professionals, including a brokerage fit assessment that scores brokerage models against the inputs you provide. Results are informational only. They are generated from the data you enter and general model characteristics, and they are not a guarantee of outcomes, income, or fit. You are responsible for your own business decisions, including any decision to change or remain with a brokerage.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, tax, or brokerage advice, and use of the Services does not create a brokerage, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older, primarily licensed real estate professionals. By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number through the Services, you consent to receive text messages from Peter Thorpe (AgentMoveHQ) about your inquiry, your tool results, and related services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message. Help: reply HELP or contact us using the information below.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Services or of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Brokerage compensation plans, fees, and programs change frequently; verify any figure directly with the brokerage before relying on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Thorpe and AgentMoveHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peter Thorpe and AgentMoveHQ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Changes to the Services and These Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
